A set of drawings in which compositions by Piet Mondrian are re-calibrated and methodically brought into balance by assigning to each color an equal ‘visual weight’. The method is based upon a study by psychologists Warden and Flynn which demonstrated e.g. the color blue to be perceived 1.3 times ‘heavier’ than the color yellow.
